Ah, I should have been clearer.  Nothing shows up in the quickinstaller or “add ons” control panel.  By UI, I meant the plonetruegallery UI.  As I understand it the collective.ptg.* modules add options to the “gallery settings” tab. 

I looked at the installation instructions here:

Which says, "If you experience issues where no settings appear in the Gallery Settings tab, reinstall Plone z3cform support.”.  Sounds similar to what I’m experiencing…  I re-ran the “Plone z3c.form support” profile in portal_setup, but the results are the same…  No sign of any Flickr settings in the PTG UI.
