You might already have found the real problem.
Thus, just a general remark (which might you help in the future):

  "'module' object has no attribute 'Consumer'" indicates either
  a programming error or a version incompatibility.

In your case, two separate packages are involved ("collective.twitter"
and "oauth") which hints towards a version compatibility problem.
