It only exports the data.

However I'm with Nathan: you're likely to have better luck by copying the
storage files than with ZEXP export/import. (This also only moves the data.)

Note that if your Plone instance was (also) compromised, that data may include
Python or Javascript. In this case, you may be better off doing a JSON export
and auditing the data, or restricting import to safe data. See
