Hi,

I cannot provide you with information to get it working, but a warning
and a hint.

About the warning, You are trying to install a very old Plone version.
It is unsupported and while it still receives security updates, this
will probably end this year:
https://plone.org/support/version-support-policy

About the hint:
Usually, this type of error you are seeing, with C Compiling, means
that some package is missing. Then somewhere in the end a good
indication appears of some missing header file. This is missing here.
You get an error by the compiler because of a syntax problem.
I am not sure, but it might be that the installer is trying to compile
Python 2.4 and is failing.
Python 2.4 is also very old, it already does not get security updates
any more. Furthermore, Plone 3 only runs with Python 2.4. So one more
reason to use a newer Plone.
