"Members site", how to set up?

Hi I am trying to get someone to move to Plone. For that, I need a «Members listing» on the Plone site • There will be about 1000 «members» • Each member should be able to a) register and b) add most of their information ( name, email, website etc) • Admins should be able to edit a few other fields (like if they have paid the members fees etc What is the best way to achive this ?
