This sounds very strange.
If you add a  new page and do not publish it. Can logged-in users see it.
If they can: you might need to change workflow for your content type.
Could it be that someone has modified the workflow and given access to logged-in users ?

Take a look at:
http://lyoursite/folder/content/manage_access
and see what is ‘checked’
