Clearly, you are very unhappy with the direction plone takes.
But the way you express this is not appropriate.

You take you opinions as facts and based on these feel entitled to call
us incompetent or double-agents.

I am not sure what you were trying to achieve with your mail. If you
just wanted to vent of a bit, know that you just hurt over a hundred
people who helped you succeed in the past. May it be replying with
answers to your questions or by making plone better by means of
documentation, bug fixing, bug reporting and so on.

I doubt this was worth it.
