After Plone upgrade: TinyMCE does not start

Hi,

I recently upgraded from Plone 4.0 to 4.3.

When I am clicking on “Edit” for some page, TinyMCE does not start.
Instead of TinyMCE, I see an edit field with the HTML source code of the
page and a box for selecting the text format (HTML vs. Textile vs. Plone
Output Filters HTML).

I have checked the site and user settings, and they still say that
TinyMCE should be used.

Any ideas about what the problem could be?
