UnicodeEncodeError (after portupgrade)

Hi Plone,

I get the below UnicodeEncodeError I do not understand how to fix. I think
it is related to a portupgrade on FreeBSD 10.1. It occurred after a
portupgrade. I is on Plone 4.3.4.1, Python 2.7.9, CMF 2.2.8. Can someone
tell me please how to fix this UnicodeEncodeError?
