Usually, when this happens, it is a typo in a CSS file.
Sometimes I have seen it due to comments in CSS files.
To find out where it is, you can check the ‘merging (and caching)’ on all css files, then uncheck them, one by one.
When you find which one is the offender, check it with a CSS validator

If the css file is a .dtml you should customize it and validate the CSS you get from
http://mysite/name_of_css_file.css
