It depends on what you mean by "stability etc." (and more specifically by
"etc." :) ).
Plone 5 is stable and I do use it in production.
Nevertheless, a lot of add-ons are not available yet on Plone 5 (or are not
stable enough), so you might prefer to use Plone 4.3 for a while because of
that.
