The PHC upgrade will require a little extra thought — perhaps even scheduled downtime — as we'll need to run an update profile that will take some real time to run. It took a couple of hours when I just tried it on the :8080 testbed. The update profile converts the PHC types to being ATCT-based, thus gaining us several Plone 3 improvements like versioning. Also, before running the upgrade, we'll need to reindex (there are some index errors in /documentation that will stop the update) and clear webdav locks in /documentation.
