My little list of mailman diagnostics: 1) Send a test message 2) Check the smtp logs for the incoming message. See if it was routed to mailman. If not, there's probably an error message 3) If there's an error message, check the aliases table for the smtp daemon 4) If there's no error message, start checking the mailman logs. Grep for your test message. Look to see if it was automatically discarded; if so, that's what needs fixing.
