products, Submit for approval throws error

Hello,
I added a new product in the /products section. When i try to 'Submit
for approval' it throws an error and the state stays: Unapproved
project.
product in question is:
http://plone.org/products/collective.flexitopic
The error has been logged as entry number 1291046799.350.178501507054.
