Re: collective-docs deserves a prominent link on plone.org

I think we need to keep the plone.org copy for a eat our own dog food
stance plus so search works.
Is it confusing to keep both though?

Also the other developer manual is being merged in. Once that's done
we will have one developer manual. I'd suggest we just call it the
plone developer manual and drop community?
