Hi, This refs my reply to the plone-setup list: http://plone.293351.n2.nabble.com/Upgrade-from-3-2-2-to-4-0-2-fails-tt5993451.html http://lists.plone.org/ shows the plone.org website but with some css missing. http://lists.plone.org/mailman/listinfo/setup gives a NotFound error from Plone. So you cannot subscribe that way. Maybe some Apache/nginx setting is incorrect?
