Trac giving Internal Server Error

Hi,

While trying to preview or submit an answer to 
https://dev.plone.org/plone/ticket/10973 I got this error back:

Internal Server Error

TracError: IOError: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: 
'/srv/dev.plone.org/trac/plone/VERSION'


When I tried the preview a second time it worked.  When I tried submit a 
second time it did not work.  Viewing works fine.

Any idea?
