publication and sharing of sites (plone.org/support/sites) not working?

I created http://plone.org/support/sites/thuishuis as khink.

Submitting doesn't seem to be working: the status switches to "published"
immediately, but when i reload the url it's still "draft".

I added user 'gww' using the @@sharing, but this user still gets redirected to
the login page, even though the sharing page says this user is authorized to
view and edit.

Should i file a bug report
(https://dev.plone.org/plone/newticket?component=Website)?
