The supported list affects searches. So I think you need to keep the 
existing list and add the new minor versions into it. The alternative 
would be going back an backtagging all existing Plone 3 and 4 products 
for minor versions, which is information we don't have. So update the 
list to look like:

Plone 4.1
Plone 4.0
Plone 4
Plone 3.3
Plone 3.2
Plone 3.1
Plone 3.0
Plone 3
Plone 2.5
Plone 2.1
Plone 2.0
Plone 1.0

This also makes it handy for someone to tag a product as supported for 
Plone 3 or 4 without having to designate minor versions.
