SEO Publishing Sites in Providers

While browsing the sites listing in the provider section, I noticed a
domain-parking thumbnail. A little checking revealed that all the sites
attributed to SEO Publishing (including their own) are defunct, with the
exception of one that is not using Plone. I deleted the site entries and
provider listing.

I'm not sure if that's the right procedure (delete vs retract), but I wanted
to clear those out quickly.
