Although I cannot view the pages you are referring to, I can provide 
more information about SwordFish.

We, Edition1, are producing the SwordFish CMS. We do not sell the 
product and you cannot download it. We sell license for the *use* of the 
software but do not distribute it. We provide it as a service and only 
run the software on our own servers.

The SwordFish CMS is a package that consists of Plone hosting, a UI, 
extra functionality (compared to a default Plone site), a theme for the 
customer, training and support.

As far a we are aware of, our use of Plone does not violate the GPL 
since we don't distribute it.


By the way, the link should probably become 
http://plone.org/support/sites/www.swordfish.nl instead of 
http://plone.org/support/sites/www.swordfsh.nl (note the "i" in fish).
