Starting Plone specific Stackxchange?

Hi,

I believe we should start Plone specific Stackxchange network.

stackoverflow.com has issues by non-Plone specific moderations closing
questions as invalid:

http://stackoverflow.com/questions/8745064/receive-an-email-when-someone-join-to-the-portal

Drupal already has one:

http://drupal.stackexchange.com/

I don't know what the task involves, yet. But probably

* Someone needs make stackxchange.com Plone theme

* Assign initial admins

* Migrate plone questions from stackoverflow.com
