It's minus.

However it seems OSQA does not offer hosted solution.

Plone is too marginal to deserve its own network from stackoverflow.com's
perspective.

So if we want to have Q&A where we can

1) have non-programming questions

2) have our own moderation

.. we probably need something like OSQA hosted ourselves.
