Re: Changing ownership of providers

Technically, one can use the /ownership_form to do it.

Procedurally, we do it when we get a credible request... I've done
this once or twice in the past, IIRC.  It might be a good idea to in a
page with instructions for people to request a change of ownership or
deletion (although I think content owners should obviously be able to
delete stuff.)
