Help setting up plone.org / dev.plone.org account

Apologies if this is misdirected.

I've tried a few times to register for an account at plone.org, but have not
received any email notifications/confirmations.  I've checked spam filters
and folders.    

I'd like to be able to comment on some tickets at dev.plone.org, but getting
the account up and running is the first step.

I would welcome any advice or assistance on this.
