Re: Mail for Poi issue not arriving

There is a problem with outbound SMTP traffic and if the outbound
server has strict enforcement on for duplicate headers (most notably
AWS SES service).  There is a problem with PFG and this as documented
here:

The POI issue might be simliar with duplicate headers being set
somewhere and thus doesn't get sent or goes to black hole.  Someone
needs to check the mail logs for outbound relay and watch the
transaction.
