I have just fixed that on PloneFormGen master.

Good suggestion, but that does not seem to be the case for Poi, at least 
I don't see it when inspecting the mails locally.  Well, there are three 
MIME-Version lines in a mail, but only one is in the header.  The other 
two are in the two alternative parts (plain text and html), which seems 
perfectly legitimate.

That could help.

It still could be an error in Poi itself, that it somehow does not find 
any users that should get an email, but locally all is fine, so I doubt it.
