Events at Plone.org

Not sure who is responsible for posting events at plone.org...it looks like
we could use an event item on the upcoming Plone Conference in Brazil.
There is an item at that locale, but it's a call for venue proposals, so is
a bit out of date: http://plone.org/events/conferences/plone-conference-2013
.

In addition, I just posted a news item on PyConDE 2013 -- is this something
that should also be an event item on the site? Wasn't sure. I do not have
permissions to add event items anyhow.
