as far as i now google translate api is deprecated so do not expext addon
to translate your content.

google chrome propose to translate pages wen the visited site is not in the
browser language.

it should not be hard to create a viewlet to add a link to google translate
service.

last but not least you can use plone.app.multilingual addon and translate
the site yourself. as content manager you are responsible to write content
to your audience. you should not depend on google translate for your
primary audience.
