Old sites in the 'Sites using Plone' area

Hi there

I would like to delete a bunch of sites that have long since stopped 
using Plone, but I don't have the necessary powers - what's the best way 
to go about this?  (they're in Draft at the moment, but I can't help 
wanting to clean them up)

Also, there are some bits of our content that are not being published - 
I wonder if they are contentious somehow - who should I speak to about this?
