Hi there

Leonardo submitted a bunch of sites named:
   http://plone.org/support/sites/portal-of-the-municipality-of-*-al
for example:
   http://plone.org/support/sites/portal-of-the-municipality-of-mar-vermelho-al

This gives a 404.
The page actually shows up at
  http://plone.org/support/sites/portal-of-city-council-of-mar-vermelho-al

I discovered that from
  http://plone.org/author/macagua

The history of that content item shows only Create, Submit, Publish,
but I guess it must have been renamed.
It looks like plone.org doesn't have the automatic redirection of
recent Plones.

The current behaviour is likely to make the reviewer wonder why the
author submitted and deleted, and make the author wonder why the
reviewer is ignoring them.

I tried to submit this as an issue, but got

"""
Trac detected an internal error:
TypeError: int() argument must be a string or a number, not 'NoneType'
"""

when landing at https://dev.plone.org/newticket
