How to handle duplicate site records?

Hi all

It looks like Virtual Sciences took over some existing sites, e.g.
  http://plone.org/support/sites/pharmaceutisch-weekblad (Proteon) vs.
  http://plone.org/support/sites/pharmaceutisch-weekblad-1 (Virtual Sciences)

What's the procedure here? Delete the old one?
Rename it to `-old` and retract it?
