Ok, I made myself manager for all languages except German (I temporarily 
made you manager there Samuel, so that you can skip making suggestions 
if necessary, I already approved the suggestions you made too.) and 
French (that's your job, Kit, unless someone else volunteers ;).

If anyone on this list wants to oversee a particular language for us, 
that would be great, just drop me a line! (I'm also going to send a 
message about this to Silva general again, since we could really use 
some help on most languages...)
