Caching of Silva Documents

Hi

It seems to me that the caching of published Silva Documents does not 
work anymore in the Silva 1.6 trunk version somewhere around r23374. 
Documents are always fully rendered. Can anybody reproduce this 
behavior? Or did I miss some settings?
