I often use the Silva documentation as test material. There are some
long docs, with various elements and markup, plus images (some of
which may be too wide for a paper page). If, when you setup your
Silva, you didn't choose the 'install documentation' option, you can
do it later by going to:
http://[mySilva]/service_extensions/manage_main
and click the 'install documentation'  button. It takes a few seconds.
