I will try and have a look when I get some time (not promising anything, 
sorry.) one thing I notice, which is probably *not* causing your 
problem, and may just be caused by your mail client: the xml claims to 
be utf-8, but strange characters show up for me, in thunderbird, which 
usually does an ok job with that encoding, leading me to believe it has 
actually been encoded as something else, most likely the dreaded iso 
latin 1 or one of its brethren.
