The reserved id list is one of those things that should have been  
carefully tracked and documented, because various developers added  
various items to the list at various times, and today we're not sure  
why.

A while back I removed some items that I thought authors might want to  
use (such as 'home'). Whereupon, things started erroring and the fix  
was to put them all back.
