Buildout development error

Hi All,

I have an error using buildout
(https://svn.infrae.com/buildout/silva/tag/Silva-2.1.4b2 -
development.cfg profile) whereby the distribution for pyflakes cannot
be found:

Installing pyflakes.
Couldn't find index page for 'pyflakes' (maybe misspelled?)
Getting distribution for 'pyflakes'.
While:
  Installing pyflakes.
  Getting distribution for 'pyflakes'.
Error: Couldn't find a distribution for 'pyflakes'.

How can I resolve this? Hope someone can help.
