  Well, I guess so. The recommended Zope version for Silva 2.1.10 is 2.11.6. 
In a common way I should say that the official Zope version for Silva 2.1 is 
2.11.

  If think you want to use that version 2.11.6 since it contains a couple of 
security fixes that are not in this old Zope 2 version you have (the security 
issues we recently advertised where in Zope 2, not Silva).

  Note that versions 2.11.3 and 2.11.4 contains a bug  that breaks all Silva 
instances, and can't be used.
