  I just released a new version of silva.resourceinclude that fix this

  To use it, you can edit your file buildout.cfg and add the following
  to it:

  [versions]
  silva.resourceinclude = 1.0.1

  And re-run buildout to get this new piece.

  I will release a new version of Silva 2.2 with more bug fixes later
  on.

  All of this works perfectly on Windows with Silva 2.3 (trunk).
