  Yes but it should still install. We add to add that because of a
  faulty release tarball on sourceforge of a thirdparty package we use
  (it was more the fault of sourceforge than of the thirdparty package).

  I think you start your instance with ./bin/instance start.

  You should use ./bin/paster serve deploy.ini instead.
