In the apache error logs, at times we see the following output: [Mon Aug 29 09:15:27 2011] [error] [client xxx] mod_wsgi (pid=26274): Exception occurred processing WSGI script '/home/zope/silva23/buildout/parts/mod_wsgi_app/wsgi'. [Mon Aug 29 09:15:27 2011] [error] [client xxx] TypeError: sequence of byte string values expected, value of type WSGIResponse found It appears that these two lines are pairs, and are repeated intermittently throughout the day. I am unsure what request is causing this error, and have not been able to reproduce. I think that this error is a result of infrae.wsgi returning a WSGIResponse rather than a string, which is a violation of the wsgi spec. I also think that this is likely happening due to some error condition within zope, but I haven't been able to track it down. Any idea what's going on? thanks, Andy --000e0cd35064318daf04aba5b54d Content-Type: text/html; charset=ISO-8859-1 Content-Transfer-Encoding: quoted-printable Greetings Devs,<div><br></div><div>We're running Silva 2.3 (infrae.wsgi= 1.3), Apache 2.2.3, mod_wsgi 3.3. =A0In the apache error logs, at times we= see the following output:</div><div><br></div><div><div>[Mon Aug 29 09:15:= 27 2011] [error] [client xxx] mod_wsgi (pid=3D26274): Exception occurred pr= ocessing WSGI script '/home/zope/silva23/buildout/parts/mod_wsgi_app/ws= gi'.</div> <div>[Mon Aug 29 09:15:27 2011] [error] [client xxx] TypeError: sequence of= byte string values expected, value of type WSGIResponse found</div></div><= div><br></div><div>It appears that these two lines are pairs, and are repea= ted intermittently throughout the day.</div> <div><br></div><div>I am unsure what request is causing this error, and hav= e not been able to reproduce. =A0I think that this error is a result of inf= rae.wsgi returning a WSGIResponse rather than a string, which is a violatio= n of the wsgi spec. =A0I also think that this is likely happening due to so= me error condition within zope, but I haven't been able to track it dow= n.</div> <div><br></div><div>Any idea what's going on?</div><div><br></div><div>= thanks,</div><div>Andy</div><div><br></div><div><br></div><div><br></div> --000e0cd35064318daf04aba5b54d-- --===============2837980088556837517== Content-Type: text/plain; charset="us-ascii" MIME-Version: 1.0 Content-Transfer-Encoding: 7bit Content-Disposition: inline _______________________________________________ silva-dev mailing list silva-dev-IAPFreCvJWM6s/[email protected] https://lists.infrae.com/mailman/listinfo/silva-dev --===============2837980088556837517==--
