Greetings Devs,

We're running Silva 2.3 (infrae.wsgi 1.3), Apache 2.2.3, mod_wsgi 3.3. In
the apache error logs, at times we see the following output:

[Mon Aug 29 09:15:27 2011] [error] [client xxx] mod_wsgi (pid=26274):
Exception occurred processing WSGI script
'/home/zope/silva23/buildout/parts/mod_wsgi_app/wsgi'.
[Mon Aug 29 09:15:27 2011] [error] [client xxx] TypeError: sequence of byte
string values expected, value of type WSGIResponse found

It appears that these two lines are pairs, and are repeated intermittently
throughout the day.

I am unsure what request is causing this error, and have not been able to
reproduce. I think that this error is a result of infrae.wsgi returning a
WSGIResponse rather than a string, which is a violation of the wsgi spec. I
also think that this is likely happening due to some error condition within
zope, but I haven't been able to track it down.

Any idea what's going on?

thanks,
Andy
