Get trunk in shape for post-1.0 development

Hello,
Today I'll try to get the trunk ("HEAD") of both the Silva and
SilvaDocument repositories in shape for post-1.0 development.
Basically what I'll do is to copy over the current 1.0-branch into a
HEAD checkout, delete all deleted files and add all added files and
commit this. We then have a starting point for further development
identical to the 1.0 branch.
I assume that noone has any pressing changes he wants to commit for
the 1.0-branch? If someone *does*, please commit this very soon, or,
at least let me know, so I can put it in the HEAD afterwards.
After I have finished I'll report it. From then on, the 1.0-branch is
*only* for bugfixes!!!
Any developement for features, refactorings etc. then should be done
on the HEAD (or on a separate branch then merged with the HEAD).
