And I'm pleased to announce: they have been resolved (Thanks Martijn!). 
CVS-Head is once again passing on all tests, if you have the latest 
checkouts of both Silva and SilvaDocuments. <hypocrisy_mode>Now let's 
try and keep it that way people!</hypocrisy_mode>
