kupu: get link reference pop-up

dear developers

the "get link reference pop-up" in kupu is incorrect. normally, these 
pop-ups show a feature-reduced version of the content tabs. but this 
pop-up shows the full-blown version. i.e. you could add new silva 
objects such as silva documents in this screen. furthermore, the title 
of the images are "no title" and instead of the modified date it reads 
"unknown". btw, the "get link reference pop-up" in the forms editor is 
correct.

while you are fixing this, could you please also add the horizontal 
thin line which separates the assets from the rest (again for 
consistency reasons)? thanks in advance.
