Update to the Silva Windows Installer?

Hello,

The last SilvaWindowsInstaller is 0.9.3.2 (2004/02/19).
Does anyone know how to (re)create this installer to produce one 
containing the latest released version of Silva?

I had a look at http://www.infrae.com/download/SilvaWindowsInstaller/ , 
but it doesn't contain anything.
