Windows installers, please test

Hi!

I just created Windows installers for Silva 1.0.2 (Python 2.1, Zope 
2.6.4) and Silva 1.1b1 (Python 2.3, Zope 2.7.2) which need some testing. 
If you have a Windows box lying around somewhere, please download one of 
the installers (or both would be even better!) and let me know what 
happens if you run it/them. Please add some info about the exact 
platform (Windows version), installer version and what exactly happens.
