Yes, I first viewed the silva DTML file in the root, and it produced the 
useable Silva root (as far as I can tell). I get to the 'Welcome to 
Silva!" page at http://localhost:8080/silva, but when I click on 
http://localhost:8080/silva/edit I get a "page cannot be displayed".
Note that http://localhost:8080/silva/manage seems to work correctly.
