OT: Patch for ParsedXML

Hi,

  its a bit off topic, but a patch for ParsedXML has been posted to the zope-dev
list; see:

   http://mail.zope.org/pipermail/zope-dev/2005-March/024474.html

  While answering that e-mail I figured out that the README.txt contains
lots out out-of-date information and from that I could not answer
the question where would be the right place to fix that.

  So where should that patch go now? Is the current cvs still
the one at cvs.zope.org ?
