Silva 1.2.2 released

Hello!

When working on the Silva installer for the 1.2 series today I 
discovered a bug that made it impossible to import zip files on Windows. 
This was a large problem, also because this feature is used to import 
the Silva documentation into the Silva root, which is the first thing 
that happens after installing Silva on Windows with the installer. For 
this reason, we decided to release (yet) another Silva version.

If you're not using Windows, or never work with zip imports, you can 
ignore this release, since nothing else has changed.

For Windows users, the new release tarball can be found on 
http://www.infrae.com/download/Silva/1.2.2 (the installer will follow 
shortly).
